INSTALLATION PROCESS:

put these on your C:/program files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/tf2/tf/materials/vgui/logos/ui folder and go to multiplayer options, go to the last folder, and select the spray from the ui folder

I tried making this at one point..

The paper bits should be slightly trans too, if that's possible.

select import spray from the menu and it should show up if you posted the spray on the ui folder
