Every thirty seconds or so I'll let out this loud-ass cough and my lungs will burn like stuff
It's been getting worse over the last 20 minutes
it loving hurts and I can't breathe without wheezing horribly

I wish lol. Maybe someday. For now only an EMT. However EMT and paramedic basically have the same training, I just can't stick needles or use heart monitors and such.

I literally had no other symptoms but constant coughing.

what types of bleeding are there?
All I know are Arterial, Venous, and Capillary

I think it might be the mattress I'm sleeping on because at one point it exploded into this cloud of ass-smelling chems
we cleaned it pretty thoroughly though so idk

You probably have either a blood clot in your lungs, a collapsed lung, or a tumour in a lung. Congratulations, you're going to die. Even if the tumour isn't cancerous, it'll build up over time and block off one lung. Good luck, you probably have 1 week - 1 year to live.
