depends, some people are comfortable with something like being a girl but having a richard. some aren't comfortable and that's understandable
also there's interlove people, basically biologically nonbinary people. hell, even biologically it stretches farther than XX and XY - iirc there's XXY, XYY, XXO? forget i forget but you get it
