This is extremely dumb to say. This is like saying "I will never go inside of a friend's house unless I have an exact floor plan of every room and level." I join random servers all the time, only out of pure lure from the server's name. You should try it too.

A good thing to do OP, is to post pictures, reviews of the server, and maybe the addons you are using :)

As much as that's true when browsing the server list, there is literally no point in advertising this on the forums when you give even less info than the server list does.

Giving advice like that is as bad as using only three short lines to advertise a server. If you truly wish to give out advice, then actually dish it out, otherwise you're not helping at all.
