not the direction i personally i would have taken it but okay

The man walks up slowly, he reaches for the handle on the opposite side of the case, before looking down for a second. I draw on him, and he looks up at me, but doesn't raise his gun back up. He flinches and I fire a round at his right shoulder, hoping it will connect and he'll drop the gun.
The round successfully collides with his shoulder, and he screams in agony.  He fires his weapon into the ground before dropping his weapon, clutching his wound, "forget!" he shouted, running away and attempting to hide his face as best he could should anyone else see him.

I force myself into the dirt as one of the men sprint past. I peek my head over the mound to check out the other man, who stands there, gun in hand, suitcase at feet. That suitcase must be pretty damned valuable... Here's hoping I'm in perfect ambush position.

-No bandit characters.  OP and moderators if any will RP as bandits to prevent arguments between players and to also prevent metagame.  I.e., "I saw you robbing Bob!  You die now!"

Not really bandit more as it is just taking advantage of a situation for profit.

Why does everyone want my suitcase.

I reload the Makarov, and holster it. The other gun the man dropped is also a Makarov. I pick it up, unload it, and stuff in my pocket. I pick up the case and start walking towards the village, which is only a couple hundred meters away.

Allow me to clarify, you can rob NPCs and NPC bases, etc, you cannot rob player characters.

But that'd make me a bandit.

I finally get to Sid's bunker. He's sitting over a ledger book. I show him the case.

"You ordered this?" I say, sincerely.

But that'd make me a bandit.
The rule is clearly poorly written, that is my mistake.  Regardless, your disregard for the rule leads me to believe you haven't even read the rules and guidelines, so why don't you go do that.

"Ah, good, good.  Give it here, then." he said, producing a wad of notes tied together with a rubber band from underneath his desk.
