Good Enough PC

What PC build do you think would be good enough to atleast run Minecraft without lag all the time?

My mom said I could get a PC for under $600 when my Birthday comes around (September 11)

I don't want some crappy PC that can only do minimum draw distance or only flatland.
  --same with BL but I dont want to get into GD

It is rare that my mom gives me such money, the most Iv ever spent before was under $50.

We cant barely afford to keep our house let alone spend money on this, I think my aunt is giving me the money..

Ducky, you can find some computer parts that, when set up as a full PC, will run Minecraft perfectly. Do not buy a computer prebuilt, however. Build one yourself, and if you don't know how, use YouTube for assistance.
