Where Do I Get The Sheild addon?

I played Jakobs Bedroom Freebuild And Saw That It Has A Sheild With 50 HP.
When Holding/Not Holding, It Will Defend You, By Sacirficing Itself. It Regens HP Over Time.
So Yeah. I Need it, its real cewl. B)
