its an .exe file. run it. it will extract stuff or 'install' itself to your location. by default its on the desktop.

yes windows 7 will be gay and pop up some stuff like "this file might have been installed incorrectly" or whatever. ignore it.

go to the new folder called "blockland0002" and run the "blockLand.exe" file.

i suggest removing the link before he bans you or removes it himself
