Author Topic: does music slow\speed you up?  (Read 639 times)

when you listen to music, does it ever slow you down or speed you up depending on its BMP?

happens to me all the time. i tend to talk/type/eat/move faster when i listen to high BMP music and vise versa.

Walking yes
not too much else

oh ya. when i walk home i tend to walk with the BMP. so it gets exhausting when i listen to a 150+

175 BPM

do the math

but yeah it helps me get stuff done faster, so I listen to it a lot

slow music helps me go to sleep

it does nothing to me but make me think about what the music is about or some other philosophical stuff

I use slow/quiet music to sleep and fast/rapid music to pump me up.

yeah because i tend to have a rhythmic brain and when i'm listening to music if i don't do things to the beat of the music it bothers me

I really try to avoid it, but it depends
