i think this was an old game on dos but the picture you posted i believe is from a flash game titled nicholas' weird adventure, correct me if im wrong

Nicholas' Weird Adventure looks nothing like Adventure.
Also, Adventure was for the Atari. I had a lot of fun playing it with my brother.

But it was a dedicated console handheld version, the screen scrolled and it was a bit more advanced than normal pacman.  This was in kindergarten though lol so I don't remember what the thing was called...not like it'd still be around today anyway.
