Author Topic: Post a picture of the first game you ever played  (Read 5273 times)

That would be 40 Winks.  See, my encyclopaedic knowledge of 90's video games comes in handy sometimes.

OT: I honestly have no idea.  My early childhood memories are extremely sketchy.  It might have been SMB1, 2, or 3 on NES (it was our first console and those were our first games), or it might have been an old DOS or Windows game.  I really don't know.
Dude forget you I just read like every post hoping no one actually answered because despite never playing the game I knew what it was.

And I have no idea what my first video game was. We had NES, Genesis, SNES, PC, Gameboy, Game Gear, etc when I was real young. The earliest game I can remember playing for real was Super Mario 64 when it came out, but I know I played games before then.

I don't remember the first game I ever played. :C

^ yeeeees bro the second game I ever played

Nicholas' Weird Adventure looks nothing like Adventure.
Also, Adventure was for the Atari. I had a lot of fun playing it with my brother.
i meant in nicholas' weird adventure there is a part where you play an old arcade game that looks like adventure. And i thought you meant this picture which sorta looks like what you posted
yea idk much about these older games

EDIT: aaaand now that i compare the two i realize that both images of the castle look nothing alike. sorry for my stupidity.

The original Kings Quest.

Sadly, there is no picture record of the first game I played, that I am aware of. It was an old text game with occasional ASCII images and it involved exploring some kind of cave/dungeon AD&D style. Can't even remember what it was called, sadly. It's been that long ago. *sigh*

Pretty sure this was my first pc game (educational games aside)
No idea what my first game in general was

played the forget out of this, i found the jewel case for it a couple weeks ago
