Wrong image displaying when uplaoding avatar

I did not uplaod the "Banned" avatar (what is showing right now). I tried to upload . Every time I upload it, it is replace by the banned picture.

I see "banned", also it depends on what browser you are using, I just uploaded my new avatar using Chrome and it worked 1st try
