What's with all of the Blockhead servers?

There are dozens and dozens and dozens of servers made by blockheads... has someone spent 100 bucks on the $2.00 sale and made a crap-top of servers, or are there genuinely new players that almost all decided to make a passworded server with a spammy name?

i don't know if gifs work on here


None of them are dedicated and, excluding a few, most of them are very new accounts. Is someone hardcore trolling (pacnet) or is this just the product of a $2.00 sale?
