It can't be decoded because I did it wrong, it is there though but really faint, I saw a tutorial on it but it was a stuffty tutorial of someone's modded GIMP with custom window name fonts and windows color schemes and it felt like I was reading an outdated map and going down the wrong road. Total stuff. Totally star fish.
