i plan on getting one, is this one any good?

Should consider custom building, cheaper for better quality hardware that you pick out yourself, instead of being stuck using an OS you don't want or hardware that doesn't compliment each other very well. Although it does look fancy.

If you need help picking parts, here's a good place to start: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/ Lists all processors/video cards/hard drives/Ram sticks, pretty much everything important excluding the motherboard. Then rates them against each other using a plethora of performance tests to give you accurate information.
