Cant change colorsets?

I've dropped a colorset into the add-ons folder, but when I check the start-up menu when starting a server, I don't see any options to change the colorset. Vanilla one feels really limited and I'd like to change it to the one I downloaded.

You can either use RTB to switch it, or you can copy paste the colorset.txt from the colorset you downloaded into config/server/.

Switched it in the config, but could I get a download link for RTB? The main thread about it has a dead link.

There are multiple topics about it in the add-ons section each offering different versions of it. RTB is officially dead and the API is down, but all the useful tools like server preferences and the colorset changer still work.

Don't be fooled by this though, BAM is dead too.
