No. If someone in particular say a user who was affected by another person wanted to sue them for reckless conduct resulting in another person killing themselves, since I bet they do not live in the same state. You could be summoned to the state, by mail.

In some states in rare rare cases, a person may act as a Private Attorney General in a location that does not have one. A subpoena in a civil court could summon you out-of-state. It's really loving confusing but, a person can be summoned out-of-state through a subpoena in civil court.
