ive been up for around 24 hours, i dont want to forget up my sleep schedule again by trying this like
last topic, but anyone have any tips on how to get through the day
my parents found out i had drank 7 mountain dews by 8am and stuff, so i passed out running out of energy at around 11
any ideas?

backstory: so in december when christmas came around i stayed up the entire night because of presents n stuff, so i was up till 1pm then i passed out in my beanbag for like 5 hours
