One time I ended up on some screamer site, then windows suddenly changed the theme to the classic theme from windows 95 and stuff. I quickly just shut down the computer and started changing passwords on another computer. I kinda forget now but I'm also sure I ran all the scans as well to find absolutely nothing, lol. In other words, I pretty much overreact to these kinds of things.

Why  do you even have bitcoin? aren't you like 11?

I know it's been suggested, but really try to locate the rat's process. Once you do that, kill it, and head to your startup.
Sometimes rats will be binded to crucial processes, disallowing them to be killed. Look over startup, and ensure no fishy files are being executed. If you can't delete the file, kill the process that is holding it. I would suggest doing this all in safe mode without networking also.

Well I think I figured something out.
The webpage arabs.com aka 378.com hands out email addresses to anyone whos an arab.
So that's where the weird email name comes from.

Also, my message to the email failed to send.

I had a similar issue, but I managed to locate the file location of the process, and sure enough it was inside my App Data temp folder. Most of the time you'll find the virus in the processes/services, along with startup programs.

Luckily I was able to delete all the files the virus was running on.
