How to load maps?

I don't know if this has been asked before or not and I am practically new to the game! But how do you load maps like the Valhalla map? I've been trying to figure out how to do so but, again, still a noob! Any help would be appreciated!

Due to the new update of shadows, maps dont work anymore. You cant have maps. you can only have flat maps like slate and stuff. Sorry!
