Ignoring the bizarre fact that it's a pen that is connected to a vein, why on earth is the actual pen attached to the end of the index finger?
When do you ever write with your pen at that point? You'd have none of the control and dexterity in writing that you normally have when holding a pen which comes from the movement of index and ring finger, plus thumb and wrist?

Jesus christ you guys are a bunch of pussies. I was on accutane for 7 months and I had to get a blood test every 3-4 weeks, and every single time I had to fast for 24 hours. It's not that hard. Your body can survive for 3 weeks without food, and you won't get severe hunger pangs until like 3 days.
