I lift my crosshairs up to the nose of the Tigershark and fire an extended burst of cannon fire with a complementary missile before rolling towards the Captain's position, locking on to the fighter behind him with radar.
Your gunfire is much more accurate than theirs was, shredding the front of the aircraft before the missile seals the deal and destroys it entirely. The craft behind Obrad fires one last burst at him before breaking off and shaking the radar lock. He is no longer being tailed.
I pull up to complete the yo-yo and reset the situation, turning to face my opponent and firing another missile.
They flare and roll out of the way, and the squad leader's Viggen falls in behind you to teach you a lesson or two about arrogance. You are now locked.
Obrad attempts to evade the plane.
It sticks on you like glue and hits you with another cannonfire burst. A lesser plane would be exploded or burning by now, but not yours. Suddenly, it breaks off its attack, being driven away by Victor's radar lock.
The Tornados are nearly within missile range of the transports.
