The man simply walks away without another word, having accomplished his task of showing off his chiseled frown. Wait no he was there to give you the written citation.
The citation simply lists performance results in your previous flights. It would appear that crashing the F-35 was what drove them over the edge. In addition, the small arms smuggling incident is also cited. While you have not been grounded, you have been demoted. The most important part is at the bottom.
