every time a thread like this comes up i realize once again how i don't know jack stuff about cars
is there a good place to go to learn about cars or will i just kinda gradually learn

I grew up in the environment.  When I was young, my car loving dad working as a salesman at dealers and taught me some names. When I was two, I could rattle off the entire Dodge model lineup. You could also try reading articles about what's new from magazines such as Car & Driver, Road & Track, Motor Trend, etc.

My family actually shared a Porsche Cayenne S for a while, great car, very luxurious, fast too. We traded it in this year since it was super outdated, unfortunately we've switched to a Subaru Outback 2014, but it's lovely non-the-less.

Anyway, I really love sports cars. I'd love a Porsche 991 Turbo S.

Here's a photo straight off of Wikipedia:

Gran Turismo opened my doors to the international market, being based in Japan and having to be European friendly.

Yesterday I was reading about Renault Clio V6's being converted to meet US road standards and it got me quite interested in them. For a first car I would love to have a cheap European car or hatchback shipped over here just so I have something interesting to drive. I wish I could get a Renault or an Alfa Romeo. My interest in certain cars changes overtime. Next month I may be into something else

i loving love the bwm m3.

It looks ok, but it's a typical car now. Everyone has a BMW now, it's just too common.

2014 Jaguar F-type Coupe
$65,000 MSRP
20/28 MPG (City/Highway)
18.5 gallon tank
340HP

"For god-sake's, the door handles retract while driving to make the thing more aerodynamic, what more could you WANT??"

I don't plan on having kids, so two seats will work just fine. Don't ask about car pooling, cause I ain't doin' that either. One passenger is all I need.

Adin, you have to let me carpool with you sometimes, like when my car is getting waxed or something.
