Avatar not changing correctly

This is what my avatar is supposed to look like, and as you can see with my current one, it isn't
I deleted the old gif trying to implement this new one but to no avail, i'm clueless on what to do right now.
I'd appreciate help on this.

it has to do with cloud flare caching images or something, it wont be fixed and you wont be able to change your avatar any time soon. in a few weeks it will change if you set it now
