Or, if you want to learn TorqueScript, start with TorqueScript.

~ flips bits.

I presume ~~ would just flip, then flip back into its original value.
So its pretty much not there for anything, just to throw off the user.
Oh, thanks. I think I can go and try to figure it out lol

Also,

Flip as in 1 = 0, or 0 = 1;

Not:

11100100
00100111

It would actually be cool if this mod implemented some sort of way to edit scripts in-game via GUI and input them.
Editors like sublime text 3 will always be superior to a gui solution written in torkscript. That sounds like a waste of time to me.

Unlike RTB, you should allow people to do version numbers in the format of 1.2.3, then if it's not a major update, the main number won't have to change.

This. Although personally I prefer TorqueDev, but we don't need a GUI written in TS to edit TS, lol.

Pitstop was a fine name in my opinion, but in the end it's really just a name lol.

This. It's also what Greek2me's Support_Updater uses, and I think it should be utilized.

My updater uses the semantic versioning standard. I recommend that you use it as well.

~~ actually does the same as mFloor. It serves a real purpose, in fact everything in that code serves a purpose, even the function as a whole.
