Actually, It's not, can someone resize the GIF to x75, and make the white background transparent? I've tried everything but It wont work!

Here you go, this should work.
Now the forums has a problem of it taking a few minutes, to maybe a week for the image to actually show up on your profile.
And sometimes in order to see the new one you may have to hit F5 to reload the page.
