I was using it and I put my phone down and forgot to put it on sleep mode, so he took it and bought robux on his account. He could because I installed an app, and when you enter the password to download/buy something, you don't have to renter it for 15 mins. I came back a few mins later and took the phone back from him.
I had his parents as contacts, my parents didn't have to track him down.
why are you exacting revenge? you left the damn phone unattended without any safeguards. the kid shouldn't have done it, but seriously, don't you think you're at fault somewhat?

Yes, I know I am at fault for leaving it unattended. I wasn't going to screw his account up that bad, it's light revenge. Now it's pointless because he's banned from his original account. The thing is that I let him get on my phone other times and I've told him countless times NOT to download or buy anything. And he goes and does it anyway, I don't feel bad since he's been told otherwise.
