Uh, I don't know how much work they've done, but when I tried the tech preview a few weeks ago it was not a full usable OS. I'd wait a little while.

Don't do it, it's a technical preview. It's unstable.

Moved my desktop to a new location. Decided to change my wallpaper to make it a little less bland.
