Wait, I thought finder could easily access FTP servers. Is that not the case?

After my wallpaper hunt was unfruitful, I decided to load up Space Engine and make my own, and found a pretty decent planet with a moon. Multiple attempts later, I finally made this:

Finder's FTP connect only allows reading, it doesn't allow me to create new directories or write.
