i installed weather timeline but the option to add the widget to my homescreen doesn't pop up in nova launcher's widget panel?

i fixed this a while ago but i reinstalled the app and its broken again and i dont remember how i fixedi t ;_;

edit for future ref: the app doesnt work properly if on the sd card

also i noticed the dragon cut out isn't lighted correctly. the sun is behind the dragon and it looks like it is coming from the top.
