i'm going to type a lot, expect mayb some typing errors, ok.
i've got the most experience and hours logged on to any servers alike to sanctus', so i know nearly every player that goes on those sort of servers. as an admin, i have to filter out the stuff and create the best experience possible for other players on the server, .ok
when i joined the server, the slayer mini-game was glitching up and we had no super admins online to fix it (normal admins were unable to fix it due to permissions), whilst wrapperup was attempting to fix the server, i was still making sure no one was doing anything stupid. i noticed many flaws in fen that would make him unfit as an admin for sanctus' server; he doesn't pay the best attention to the chat, he's cryptic as forget, he encourages other players to due stupid stuff by doing stupid stuff himself, and no one knew who he was.
when asked who fen was before he had changed his name, he said he was given the key by his brother (generic way to trick people that you're someone else) and was a new player to blockland (another reason he shouldn't be admin), and that he wanted to keep his rep. up by doing some good administrating (didn't work very well, obv).
wrapperup was unable to fix the mini-game, and he left. i decided to lock down the server to my greatest extent, which is basically kicking all players and minimizing the player limit (which is 2). i left fen on with me, because he was an admin, and i wanted to talk to him about it.
while i was talking to him and trying to get to know more about him, he left at some point, then returned mayb a half an hour later (i was waiting for him, i don't like postponing situations i feel i should deal with). i would also like to add, while i was trying to talk to him seriously, it appeared he wasn't taking it seriously almost at all.
i asked how he got admin, and eventually it was replied with something like "i got it by dueling sanctus rem at 3 in the morning and winning." the proper way to be granted admin is by submitting an application and having it reviewed by the developer team, which is taken very seriously because there have been administration issues in the past. me, knowing how sanctus is sometimes when he's up late and hopped up on fine snacks, somewhat believed it.
anyway, conclusively i deemed him as a threat to the server, since i knew absolutely no history about him at all, he was not fit to be an admin or mod on the server due to how he is in general and how he interacts with others, and he had unapproved admin. i told him i was going to talk to sanctus about his admin and that he was most likely going to be de-admined, but he kicked me afterwards. i quickly rejoined, and permanently banned him until a super admin was able to come online and de-admin him.
i probably missed some details, i don't have the best memory.
and hi blockzillahead. i'm most likely a better admin than you, because you're rude (unnecessarily insulted other players and generally aggressive for no worthy reason) and ignorant (doesn't pay close enough attention whilst observing). also you make terrible assumptions from little information (your long'ish post over somewhere in this topic is a good example).
