No, I think if you want to post a comic in a thread unrelated to what the comic's about, you should provide at least some kind of explanation. Anyway, I went and looked at the thread, and as far as I can tell Oasis is right. A fan literally cannot cool your computer more than the air that will replace the warm air, unless its wet or something weird like that.
