I do get pissed off when people pop on and then forget right off before you can even say Hello.
Happens even if I run with default add-ons.

Usually if I join a server and leave before even spawning it's either because there are a billion billion add-ons to download (in which case I usually still wait) or because the conversations going on in the server instantly make me dislike the people I would be playing with.
