Assistance in Chest-Finding

I have 17/21 chests and the Rocket Launcher/Push Broom right now in MotE Mansion.
But I can't find the other chests.
Can I be linked to a guide or can someone post locations? (I know there is one in the well, I'm saving that for the end because I can't get out once I've got in.)

If you're actually interested in winning without playing, there is a /nextchest command you can use to find each chest on the map.
