We're literally playing a game where the primary objective is for the client to 'upload' visual imagery to the server. How much more terrible would it really be if someone had a vagina as a face rather than using img2brick and building it?

Plus, there could easily be a clientside option for "don't download decals." It'd prevent explicit decals from being downloaded.
