Zapk, a spammer wants to be admin.

This guy named Mr.Moon was on zapk and was getting mad at this guy va11 who was also spamming and here is a pic, I suggest banning both of them from your server, he also applied for admin on Zapk's server so please inform zapk that I do not recommend him because he is spammy, rude, annoying, 11 (not really mature) and can't handle a guy who was just joking around with him.

What basically happened is a guy named Mr. Moon joined Zapk's server and some other guy who I presume is his friend start well not arguing but Mr.Moon gets mad at him because he was doing something that was making him mad, and he spammed the server with cussing and I also just found out he applied for admin.
