Author Topic: Microsoft creates support deadlines for Windows 7 and other operating systems  (Read 2222 times)

how many times have you upgraded to it? like 6 times?
i kept swinging back and forth because i kept encountering problems with both
im going to keep 8.1 because 7 sometimes bluescreens on me for some reason

Wtf, they just canceled support for XP.

Edit: Other News sources are saying that these Deadlines are Pending. Meaning that this might not be happening soon. I bet Microsoft is raking in the dough right about now.

you see, i had it and we got some guy to fix my computer, and we got it back fixed but it said "windows was not genuine" i wonder if he stole our product key?
You need to reenter your product key.

The windows xp support was canceled like 2 months ago.

Why would you want an is as old as windows 7

I'll stick with 7, thank you. I'll upgrade to 8.1 when I'm the only person left using 7.
this is how I feel with xp

He cant steal an activated copy of windows, he can copy the hard drive, but that usually occurs if it has been wiped.

People complaining about Win7 being unsupported:

Shut the hell up. In the world of technology you either update, or get left behind.

Wtf, they just canceled support for XP.
extended support
there is a different between mainstream and extended support
mainstream support for XP ended in 2009

im waiting for 9

yeah pretty much. windows 8 is not my thing.

like who thought tiles was a good idea

windows 8 is beautiful

I'm pretty sure if they let you choose whether or not to have windows 8 or windows 7 on premade computers 7 would be outselling 8 by the boatload. Heck, I would pay more money for a copy of windows 7 then a copy of windows 8. It's just that terrible.
