Cops and Robbers download?

The only Cops and Robbers download links I've been able to find link me to RTB (which is down, of course.) Could someone provide me with a download link to the Cops and Robbers gamemode and the old Team Deathmatch add-on that it requires? Additionally, has anyone made or considered making an updated Cops and Robbers?

I successfully downloaded the Team Deathmatch and Cops and Robbers. However, I was only given the option to enable Cops and Robbers when making a custom Singleplayer game. I then re-downloaded both, and even through in the Capture the Flag gamemode for testing purposes. But again, Team Deathmatch did not show up in the add-ons selection tab. Only Cops and Robbers and Capture the Flag did. I enabled the gamemodes I could and started a server. But, same as the singleplayer game, I only had the default bricks, and them mini-game menu hadn't changed. Any help?
