When I try to send a pm it wont send. it pretends if it was sent.

It's probably being sent and you just can't tell. SMF doesn't save drafts, and doesn't give an outbox copy of the message unless you explicitly ask it to do so.

I sincerely doubt that would be the case, as it would notify super that he's PM banned if he attempted to send one with PM privileges revoked.

Super, attempt sending a PM to me, it may be a browser problem or something similar.
