How to make Gamemode.txt

How do you make Gamemode.txt? I had a topic, "Gamemode Not Loading Correctly", and this is a good time to turn back to it.

I copied Custom's gamemode.txt.  I put the download on Mediafire for the whole .zip file in the Gamemode not Loading Correctly post.

I know. I want to make one. I'm not a scripter, and I cant see some things I need in Rotondo's Gamemode.txt Refrence thing.
