Awkward things tend to make me slightly irritated at the time, or a little bit embarrassed. I wouldn't go so far as to say they make me annoyed. Usually awkward things tend to be innocent or accidental so it's harder to be annoyed at imo. But I suppose it's all a case of personal opinion and choice of words.
