How do i make a profile picture? (If its ambigous message me ill lock it

Follow these steps


Click Profile in the top of any page
Click Forum Profile Information on the left, second option down
Click I will upload my own picture
Click choose file, select the one you want and click open
Scroll to the bottom of that page
Click Change Profile

The file needs to be 75x75 pixels or less.
