Try removing the addon "Hat_CakeHat" and see if that solves the problem.

If it doesn't please paste the exact runtime error that is being thrown.

there is no more run time errors anymore like 1 hour before i posted the thread

Did removing that addon work?  Do you remember what the runtime error said?
