Is the avatar upload not working?

Right now I'm trying to add a new avatar to my profile, a .png picture that's 75x66 pixels, and is 9.66KB - is it just me, or is something up again?

How? Yours is 22.7 KB? If anything, though, how would you make a .png smaller in size?

What? When I downloaded it it was less then 5kb somehow.

Its like watching endless research without the other stuff.

Nevermind, I saved my file as a .gif instead of a .png, turns out it makes a 9.6 kb file into a 2.6 kb file.
