Wow..That was sad.
If I am going to be a cop, I am sure as hell to not pull over any red pickup trucks.

this is going to give me nightmares

I didn't think something a BLF user posted could be that depressing.

this video is depressing, and that cop took the benefit of doubt of the man to keep him alive rather than shoot after his first few warnings... ended up with the officer dead

there should be a standard warning system, 3 warnings and its shots fired. he warned the dude 9 times before he shot.
also andrew brannan (the real guy who killed kyle dinkheller) is still alive. he was given the death sentence but it still has not been done yet. he killed kyle when he was 50, now he is 66 and is still alive and well even though he does not deserve to live.

honestly they should have torturous death sentences for people like this...

im of the opinion that people that commit horrible crimes like this should not be given the death penalty, because death is too sweet. they should be forced to rot in prison.

prison living is a lot better than you think, given it's a good punishment, but a slow painful death would work better imo...
i sound really dark but it doesn't even match what this forgeter did to the cop, like jesus it was a simple speeding stop.

and this is why you dont take a dangerous role for a career if you have a family

not to defend the criminal, but mentioning that he's a vietnam veteran brings to mind ptsd/mental illness. because that is often the case and we dont treat it as well as we could be.
but yes, prison living is better than i thought. but make these guys rot in solitary confinement.

here's the case outline:

guess what? the dude pleaded not guilty by insanity, and he did use vietnam as an excuse but it was found that he was not insane by the court psychiatrist

and this is why you dont take a dangerous role for a career if you have a family

if everyone followed this ideal we would have a very small population of cops

..a-are you loving serious?

well you've got to admit that a LOT of these crimes are committed by mentally insane people.

yes but this guy had no real mental condition to blame it on...
if anything he's just crazy, not mentally insane.

You're now one of the few people I hate on this forum.

Good job.
