Someone Broke my bones...ugh..

At Least that's what it felt like. Though beyond that feeling you felt a heavy presence on your body. It was almost crushing. Oh stuff is it dirt?

Do something. Think quickly!

You twist and turn violently, meeting heavy resistance but softening in nature. The dirt is loosening.. you think.
Being toast isn't on your list of things to do today! Wait what WERE you doing today? Why are you covered in dirt???

You broke through and could see moonlight shine through and hit your eyes. It was extremely cold out you noticed as you brushed the dirt off your face. A storm brewed off in the distance though you could not see where. You began to have a panic attack as you came to.

no, whats happening, where am I?

You roll over onto your side and climb out of the hole you found yourself in. You were in a clearing surrounded by trees and there was a heavy wind blowing through them. Your attention turned to yourself.

I... I feel fine. But-

Your eye spied something on the ground near you. A book left open on the ground with its pages flipping in the wind. At the same time you heard a snap and a robed figure running into the woods.

Wait! you cried.

Scan the parchments of the tome

You find demonic symbols

You stand up and shakily walk over to the book on the ground. You pick it up with your hands which you noticed were gloved.

Oh thats right... I was digging today...

Your eyes scan over the book and its pages. Some of them are blank but others filled with a plethora of information in a language you don't understand.

You hear more noise again and notice the figure from the woods spying you

You fumble around for a moment and snatch up a rock nearby to throw, though the figure was already gone, clearly lumbering now through the woods with the leaves crunching underneath its boots.

Kind of strange you don't remember where you're at... Should you chase the figure? You certainly would hate to be lost. But you would hate if the person was hostile too.

You reach into your pants pockets and feel around for anything of use. You find a couple of coins, dead plant petals, and a pocket watch.

The watch door when opened reveals the angelic visage of a woman. You know you love her, but you can't quite remember her.

It starts to rain heavily as the storm approaches.
