i didn't really feel much, but when it was by my ear, i had this uncomfortable feeling like in my head or something.
Then you probably have this "ASMR" which some people like me have. It isn't exactly common...

I couldn't stand to keep it on past like, a minute. x.x this is weird

my ears keep twitching and I got a crazy tingle in my lower spine

like ... a good feeling that you sort of halfway want to make stop

i feel slightly dirty

it's called asmr
it happens and it's not dirty

Sorry if this sounds really dumb but

what is an asmr?

'Meridians' aren't a real thing and 'autonomous' is redundant.

So... sensory response.

In other words, a feeling.

In particular, the awkward and/or enjoyable feeling you get when someone makes gentle noises right next to your ear(s)

Meridians are pseudoscience and a Wikipedia article is not proof of authenticity. As the article indicates, the term originated in popular culture by discussion groups. It can very well still be a nonsensical term.

What about the Prime Meridian?

This is so strange to my emotions.

What about the Prime Meridian?
He means the "set of pathways in the body along which vital energy is said to flow" definition of meridian

This is strangely depressing to acknowledge as a thing that exists.

This makes me very uncomfortable
