His Augments can be applied with any of the three elemental magic he knows. As he gets stronger, he learns more Augments.
He carries several flasks/vials which he can use to make potions or throw them to cause paralysis, freeze, or burns.
He can also make basic health/remedy potions
BACKSTORY: He's a cousin of the Master Thief Marcus, exiled into this dungeon from a distant land for using prohibited alchemical practices... Or perhaps fake alchemy. His arm relic doesn't use transmutation at all. The only "alchemy" he could do is make potions.
I guess to nerf him a bit, let's say he's not proficient at using his augments since he can't master all of them at once. Same with an element. That is to say, he'll either be good at range or melee and he'll master one element while the rest would remain basic. At the early-midgame anyways.
