installing decals?

i installed the decals, (for face) and i thought i put them in right place. but when i go in game, there is a blank spot, and when i click that, my face turns blank. What am i doing wrong????

For the first one, the big one, save it in C:/Program Files/Blockland/Base/Data/Shapes/Player/Faces (or wherever your blockland is) by right clicking the picture and choosing 'save as'. With the second, smaller one, save it in C:/Program Files/Blockland/Base/client/ui/avatarIcons/face the same way. That should be it, right?
